Important Information and Fine Print
Arrival
Your
room is available for you
from 2 PM. You are welcome to check in from
8 AM, and we will issue your guest pass/enjoyment card and your package contents so that you can fully enjoy your first day of vacation. If you arrive after 5 PM, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone, as we may otherwise assign your room to someone else.
Sunday and Holiday Arrival: During lunchtime from 11 AM to 2 PM, check-in is only possible to a limited extent.
Wednesday Rest Day: Arrival is welcome until 11 AM; afterward, please arrange with the key box, and let us know your approximate arrival time.
Departure
Please vacate the room by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.
For departures
before 8 AM, we kindly ask you to settle the room bill on the
day before.
Sunday and Holiday Departure: as many arrivals and departures occur on these days, you are welcome to check out the evening before.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or end your booked vacation early, it causes significant damage for us, especially with short-term cancellations. We have reserved the booked room for you and have turned away other guests. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS - The following cancellation conditions apply in case of reservation cancellation. Within 14 days to 1 week - 50% and within 1 week - 70%. For no-shows and early departures, 100%. To avoid unnecessary costs for you, we recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

In all thermal baths, pre-reservations are advisable during the peak season and on weekends

Cancellations or time changes must be independently and timely communicated to the respective thermal baths - we disclaim any liability for any cancellation fees and claims from both sides.

The Enjoyment Card is included with every booking all year round - info is available in the Enjoyment Card folder or currently at www.genusscard.at
1-2 nights over 230 service partners, from 3 nights enjoy the full variety (+30 partners) including thermal baths, e-bikes, archery, and much more
Bookability of our Packages and Massages:
We recommend booking our packages and treatments in advance. Package treatments are pre-scheduled by us, and if you have any specific requests, please inform us at the time of booking so that we can accommodate them. Please note that the services are not interchangeable and any unused package contents are not refundable in cash.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
